Why I will never buy Maxtor ever again
This really boils my blood, not only has Maxtor not lived upto it’s service, warranty or customer satisfaction, but now I would have to spend MORE money (about 20 bucks) in returning a drive..
-
Mt.Bike try-hards are lame
..What isn’t cool is seeing un-core people buy super crazy downhill bikes and then just ride it throughout town without a helmet or anything..
-
TV Crap
..that compilation CD of the best smooth rock of the 80’s looks really tempting, yet what the hell is going on with their pricing!? A Canadian company, on Canadian television, yet has the audacity to sell in AMERICAN dollars?!

Amon Tobin – Out From Out Where
Excite your senses..
From an original Jazzy sound back with Bricolage (June 1997) Monsieur Tobin has managed to move farther (Permutation 1998) and farther (Supermodified 2000) away towards his own unique sound. His latest release is certainly no disappointment, yet shows that Amon Tobin is still growing as a musician.
Back From Space is an amazing album …

Sónar 2010 – Barcelona, Spain

O Restaurant & Lounge revisited
Calgary has a diverse set of urban communities, most of which have the ubiquitous strip mall watering hole. In the South West community of Marda Loop, a reinvention of this paradigm has been established.

Predictions 2010.. and beyond!
So 2010 eh? Almost but not quite (no year zero they say) another decade? It seems like just yesterday that the world was waiting for Y2K. R4NT started publishing in March 2001, so we’re not quite 10 years old yet, but in internet years we are already a senior citizen.

Invictus
No matter what, the reality of Nelson Mandela is something that deserves screen time. Should this film even remotely intrigue the masses to take interest in this figure, the world would likely benefit greatly from it.
